What to think of Maurice Lacroix?

Since Maurice Lacroix presented their series of masterpiece (about 1990), they can compete with brands like Chronoswiss, Omega, Ebel, and probably even more brands that can be seen as’ settled ‘. Maurice Lacroix is a relatively new player (1975) and in 2006 they presented their movement chronograph manufacturing. Maurice Lacroix produces 150,000 watches a year, including 40,000 watches have mechanical movement.

How is it that Maurice Lacroix gets so little attention from collectors and serious afficinados watch? Their arrangement is very price competitive and I see a few complaints about the quality of these watches. One of the few things I can think of is that of Maurice Lacroix ruins their credibility among collectors / afficinados producing the quartz is observed for cheap as well. Are they?

Take a look at this beautiful Lune Retrograde:
This watch has a movement based on handwound ML104 caliber ETA 6498-1. With vaulted sapphire crystal, silver dial and stainless steel 43.5mm case presents a Maurice Lacroix wristwatch collectors for serious mechanical watch with a classic taste but does not want to be conservative when it comes to watches. At least, in my opinion. So why have I not yet? I do not know. I love classic shows Moon Phase designed many, which is quite accessible (not retrograde). You can get these Chrono24.com for approximately 1600 Euro (BNIB). I read a little bit about the experiences of people with these watches, which brings me to my next point.

There are no or only little assurance of Maurice Lacroix watches on a great show for as WatchUseek, time zone and my friends at the time. A few days ago, someone asked about the general opinion on Maurice Lacroix (Baume & Mercier and for that matter) on the time zone. Click here for the thread. Most of the respondents were quite positive, but only one has really a Maurice Lacroix.
