As a famous watch maker, Cimier introduced the Petite Seconde Venom in September 2009. The new watch has 43mm stainless steel case with a black PVD finish. It has a polished finish on the bezel and case, a brushed finish on the top of the lugs. An ETA Unitas 6497 manual-wind mechanical movement inside improves the quality. Cimier blakened the movement of the watch and featured it with blued screws, all visible through a “Jorg Stiel” signed sapphire caseback. Jorg Stiel had been a football sporter in the Swiss national soccer team. Cimier may be want to show the respect for this great sporter with this action.

The hours, minutes and small seconds hands is black with yellow . A small seconds dial is placed at 10 o’clock, marked in 5 second increments. A polished PVD crown that is used to set the time and wind the movement is placed at 4 o’clock. Power-reserve is 56 hours. The strap is made of yellow python, which is in tune with the style of the watch. Water-resistance is 50 meters.

With regret to tell everyone, this pretty watch is limited only 200 pieces in the world. Maybe because of the same reason, the watch’s retail price is very high, $2,299. I think it should belong to the high-income class, or belong to the watch collectors. To be frankly, the Petite Seconde Venom is too beautiful and worth to be collect.
